也不事先打个招呼，真不够哥们

那天在家里看Obama的就职典礼，WK姑娘在网上看别人的live blogging。他一讲到下面这一句，我马上替央视的导播和译员着急：

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions.

照以前的办法，译员应该为听众着想，吃掉communism。十分钟以后WK姑娘从别人的“现场报道”知道，译员太过优秀，这个词直接就出来了，随后直播就被掐断了。这可别我想的果断多了。

前两天接到R的短线，说英国的媒体在讨论中国电视转播时候的"editing"，才知道央视还edit掉了后面这一段：

To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history; but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.

也是，我当时看到这里的时候只顾了在心里喊：太好了！要是能当着他们的面说就更好了！

这个Obama，也不事先跟中宣部和广电总局打个招呼，把讲稿送过来过一下目，实在是太不够哥们了。
